My name is Jona. A fitness blog for my own motivation, and hopefully a few others. Making this my second nature, and doing it the healthiest way I know.
I would like to focus more on the way I feel rather than the number on the scale. Feeling and seeing a difference in myself.I love being able to fit into a smaller size or being able to fit into something that never would budge on me before. I feel moments like that are just as strong as seeing the number on the scale go down.

I have the rave run on May 11 and I want to run it without stopping. I started running again today and did 1.70 miles. I would have done more if the sun didn’t go down. More tomorrow!!

Post work out meal! Jalapeno turkey burger! Ran outta buns so I used whole wheat bread :)

My workout consisted of 20 minutes on the treadmill and 10 minutes on the spin bike. Skipped weights today cause I was in a hurry.

It’s been such a long weekend and day! Glad that I was able to make it to the gym today!

1 mile on the treadmill
20 minutes of spin bike
20 push ups
Plank 2 X 30 seconds

Went grocery shopping and got:
Spinach, spring greens, kale,peaches, nectarines, mangoes, blackberries, frozen strawberry, blueberries, pineapples, black beans, jalapenos, acai powder, goji berries, multi grain chips.

Lauren also gave me a huge bag of oranges from their backyard!! Yummm!

I have my lunch prepped all the way up till Friday. There’s no excuse for me not to eat it!

Busy day, but still active!

Worked from 8am to 430, had a work event from 530 to 730. Got home at 8 then went to the gym! Glad I got a quick workout in!

30 minutes spin bike
10 minutes of stretching

Got home around 945 and I even got to do my face mask!

Gym was packed today

Was able to do 30 minutes of spin bike
15 minutes of stretching
And 15 push ups.

Love making time to workout, even though I work 40 hours and go to school!!!

Then I went to the gym with my little sister..
30 minutes of interval training
Leg press 3X12; 45 pounds
Inner hip abductors 3X12; 60 pounds
Outer hip abductors 3X12; 60 pounds
Leg extension 3X12; 45 pounds

Felt amazing!!
