It’s been such a long weekend and day! Glad that I was able to make it to the gym today!
1 mile on the treadmill
20 minutes of spin bike
20 push ups
Plank 2 X 30 seconds
Went grocery shopping and got:
Spinach, spring greens, kale,peaches, nectarines, mangoes, blackberries, frozen strawberry, blueberries, pineapples, black beans, jalapenos, acai powder, goji berries, multi grain chips.
Lauren also gave me a huge bag of oranges from their backyard!! Yummm!
I have my lunch prepped all the way up till Friday. There’s no excuse for me not to eat it!
