My name is Jona. A fitness blog for my own motivation, and hopefully a few others. Making this my second nature, and doing it the healthiest way I know.
I would like to focus more on the way I feel rather than the number on the scale. Feeling and seeing a difference in myself.I love being able to fit into a smaller size or being able to fit into something that never would budge on me before. I feel moments like that are just as strong as seeing the number on the scale go down.

1 whole wheat tortilla (or pita) 1 Tbs reduced fat peanut butter 1 Tbs sugar-free jam 2 strawberries, hulled and sliced 1/4 banana, cut in half lengthwise 2 Tbs low fat granola
Spread peanut butter evenly over entire Flatout. On one rounded end, spread jam. Layer strawberry, banana and granola. Roll, cut and enjoy!
