Don’t be in a daze these holidays. Be aware and be fair to your body. Most of us can get away with some treats or indiscretions to our usual eating habits. However, if we vary too much and go to extremes, we may suffer the consequences and get sick. Get to know yourself and find a balance.
I’m challenging you to get in 15 workouts with no excuses over the course of the month of November. That’s it. It’s just 15 different days of workouts without making up an excuse, complaining or trying to squirm your way out of getting active.
november. a new month. a new leaf. another chance. every month we say "this one will be it." "this is where i'll lose all the weight." but this month is different. in november, i will stop criticizing what i see in the mirror. i will not weigh myself, not even once. i will eat like i know i should, and exercise as often as i can. i will admire every pinch of flesh, every inch of skin, every part of me. one day isn't going to ruin everything i work for. not two days. hell, not even a week. so here's to us. here's to november. and reaching our goals. but more importantly? loving who we are. regardless of a number, a weight, or a flaw.
