It’s been a while since I’ve been on mu fitness blog and I will be the first to admit I did fall off the wagon. Looking back I was on the right path, but after letting loose after getting out of a 2 year relationship it’s time to tighten up!
I’m grateful that I can still come back to this blog and still find inspiration and motivation and I appreciate it so much!
I need to get back into the groove of working out and making better food decisions. I know I can do it :) feela good to be back!

I’ve been so busy with work, scho, traveling, the San Jose sharks games, and working out and food prepping that I keep forgetting to give updates! My bad! I have the rave run on Saturday and its a 5k. I’m sooo excited for that! Pictures will be posted of course! I’ll try to keep you all posted!!
I got back yesterday, and recovered and rested the whole day. I already miss Seattle! Today I jumped right back into work, school, and working out. I will wish my vacay lasted longer! New York in a few months :)
