My name is Jona. A fitness blog for my own motivation, and hopefully a few others. Making this my second nature, and doing it the healthiest way I know.
I would like to focus more on the way I feel rather than the number on the scale. Feeling and seeing a difference in myself.I love being able to fit into a smaller size or being able to fit into something that never would budge on me before. I feel moments like that are just as strong as seeing the number on the scale go down.
